  1. Welcome......Good for you!

Klipsch in general has a way of conveying so much more of the music to a listener

It's very possible. I am coming from a KSB 3.1/KSB 2.1/RC-3 setup to the RF82/RB61/RC62 so its a substantial jump in quality and clarity.

  2. I ended up having to order my RC62 out of Best Buy, which kind of sucked as I purchased basically everything else there. The financing offer available (no Interest until Jan 2010) is tough to pass up. In the end, the RB61 is a great rear speaker and the pricing was fantastic I ended up with: RF82s at 402/each and RB61 for $318. I also picked up the Rw-10d for $410. Oh, and I do not work for best buy :) It was some negotiating in getting 15 percent off MSRP (which became sale prices which I got credited back $65 for on my BB CC)

  3. I just took deivery of my RF82s and RB61s. Since its late I won't try to sample any movies, but I'm playing some XM radio off satellite (yes not the best source to test) but I must say even with the compressed audio, it sounds crystal clear!

  4. Thats similar to my setup thats coming HOWEVER best buy DOES NOT carry the RC-62, only the RC-52. Many on here and AVS agree that the 52 isn't the right sized speaker to match.. you should go with the RC-62 like I did. :)

  5. Tom, there is a method to my madness :D The RW-10 will eventually move into my bedroom in a year's time when I buy a house (condo right now is a lil on small side) at which point we'll upgrade the sub ;) RW10 > KSW12 as per my understanding in just about every area as well ,right?

  6. I will be going from KSB 3.1 in front, KSB 2.1 in rear, and an RC-3 center with a KSW12 to:

RF82s in the Fronts, RB61s in the rear, and an RC62 Center with a RW-10. I am imagining going from bookshelf to towers and going full Reference including sub should be a noticeable improvement (I hope so for what it cost! ;)) right?
