[I dont get sound from all 4 speakers!]

I have a problem. I can play all the mp3s I want, they go thru all 4 speakers.

I can play cds, and the sound comes from all 4 speakers too.

UNLESS...

I use winamp

Mp3's come out all 4 speakers but if try to listen to a cd... it only comes out of 2

This only happens with winamp

Anyone have solution? I went to settings>multimedia>surround sound speakers and quad speakers

I also turned 4 speaker mode on, i am using monstersound 400
