Which would be a better rockin' system? I want it loud and lots of base
I got the 4.2's now and would love to upgrade. Anyone have any opinions on what to get? Thanks! -
I have a Pentium 750, 128 megs of RAM, 64 meg DDR Radeon, and have directx 8 installed. Does that help at all?

No, nothing seems wrong with the quality. It just crashes on my all the time (atleast 2 times a day). And yes, I have tried another PCI slot.

My Acoustic Edge card is giving me fits!! I can be playing a game or listening music, and all of a sudden it either mutes/stops or starts going nuts with sounds. Also when it does this during games, the frame rates take a dive. I've reinstalled drivers and even put the card into a different PCI slot, and nothing seems to help. Any suggestions? DO I possibly have a bad card? Thanks!

Hey Dragon. I do have tone control set to on and have messed with it so that it sounds decent. On my pro's though, the bass is cranked all the way up, and it still ain't as impressive. What are all your settings set at? Maybe I can duplicate them and see what that does for me. Thanks!

I downloaded the drivers, and it hasn't helped. I'm am very disappointed in the bass department, hopefully I can get it figured out.

I just installed my new Acoustic Edge card, and let me tell ya, this thing kicks ***! One problem though, the bass. Its not nearly as boomy as my SB Live, and on some songs, the bass is unbearably 'muddy'. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to solve it? Thanks

The 4.2 system is 2 2.1's and that comes to a total cost of $300, the same as the 4.1's. Was just wondering which system would be better.
