guys, I have been following this thread for years!! I have bashed Klipsch to everyone I know for not supporting this issue, However, I have never doubted the quality of the speakers.
I too could not just throw the system away. So let me know what caps I need to change, and how to do it and I will test my unit out this week and let you know if it works
this is the first sign of life to this thread in 3 years!!!

AMAZING!!!! Klipsch is still making money on an product that they refuse to support!!!!
Hey Klipsch, here is a novel idea! Offer all of these people a reasonable solution to this problem; and keep hundreds of previously loyal Klipsh customers!!
WE'd even pay a reasonable amount to get our i-Fi's working again!!!!!!
Sorry RichSad, I expect your complaints will go unanswered by Klipsch, and you just donated $57 to a company that could care less about it's customers. You are so generous []

So I guess no one has a solution to this problem. I guess we all have a $350 set of magnets to stick on our refrigerator.
Quite frankly, I have never been treated so poorly by a company. And to see some of the problems people have had with Klipsch on this forum, I think we should all boycott the company.
I have always liked Klipsch products and have supported them wholeheartedly. After this ordeal, I am making a personal commitment to bashing the Klipsch name to everyone I talk to!!!! And I work in speaker/electronic sales
CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW KLIPSCH! ?!?! HOPE YOUR MODERATORS ARE LISTENING!!!!

I too am having this problem. I would love to salvage this system in some way. i.e. use it with a receiver without the dock, or find a way to fix this stupid dock. Has anyone figured out a solution?

WOO HOO... Just got my new capacitors yesterday. Had a few minutes and decided to change one or two. Guess what? after closer inspection I noticed that the smaller 25V Cap was slightly bulged, so I changed it first. Slapped it back together and WOO HOO, My ifi's working like a charm!!!
here is my question, since I have the other Caps, should I change them as well? Or should I just leave better enough alone and save them in case they go out in the future?
Thanks dbert!!!
