The Audio Tornado looks cool, but I think it's a little much for me. I don't even understand half of the stuff it does! Is there anything a little simpler?

For some reason, I don't have sound coming from speakers when I play CDs. Other than that, the rear speakers work perfectly in all other settings. Do I have to hook up something special in my computer? I know there's a CD audio line running from my DVD player to my soundcard, otherwise I wouldn't be getting any sound when I played CDs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Are there wireless remote controls that I can buy for my ProMedia 4.1 system? If so, who makes them and how much? Thanks!

I'm looking to buy either a ProMedia 4.1 or 5.1 system and I'm wondering if I need to get a new soundcard. Right now, I have an SB Live! Value. Can I use the 4.1 system on this card or do I have to upgrade to a SB Live! 5.1 card to fully use the 4.1 system? Also, if I get a 5.1 system when it comes out, would I need a 5.1 card to fully utilize the system? I'm assuming that I could use the 5.1's on the Value card, but the sixth channel wouldn't be supported or something.
