Hi All, Short day, but this weekend we are going to build in our R-5502-W speakers and we have a heavy discussion here because we are debating wether to put the speakers in an enclosure due to heat issues?? The wall: The fire place itself is 15KW, but it's an estethical fire place, but still produces quite some amusing atmosphere and heat, the house is primarely heated by the floors... The fireplace has white heat insulation placed directly onto the metal surface, but will it be ok to just put the speakers into the wall without any enclosure? If an enclosure is necessary, how do we make it, liters would be a kind suggestion so we can get on with the process? Building an enclosure if necessary is not a problem since we have all the cnc machines and saw machines necessary since we are a doors and wardrobes producing company (anywaydoors.com) Any info or help would be very, very kind!
