Is there a way to connect the klipsch 4.1 to a tv and to your computer.

Hey guys i know i havent been here in a while. I had gotten my replacement 4.1s a while ago. I must say they are SWEET! I have 1 tiny problem i noticed. when the speakers are off (even if my computer is off) the speakers emit a little buzzing noise. I have the turtle beach santa cruz soundcard. Does anyone know what could cause this buzzing? thanks

Yeah im still laughing about the first one. The second one is kinda of a practical joke. I printed out teh canda one and am goign to hand it out at school

As ive pposted a million times before. Creative sound cards tend to emit a little static. I HATE THEM. But im just guessing.

Yeha they will pay for it if you return them i think its 30 days but im not sure.

well im no pro, but did u check your equalizers on the compuer.. maybe one of them is up to high.. also what sound card do u have.

Nooooo, dont get creative lol... ive had big problmes with them. How much money are you willing to spend oin a new sound card?

I know they are good speakers, and only about 5 percent who buy them have problems, hopefully i get taken out of the 5 percent soon

Thats what i did.. and you know what happens.... the same thing. My speakers were defective. There was also a loose piece moving inside the main one so i sent them back. I should be reacieving my new pair soon.

Welcome to the board. Well the speakers are great if they arent the defective ones. But you work at Best Buy so you can try them out before you buy them so you will know how they will sound. The 4.1 are the best PC speakers in that price range. Since you can easily get the speakers i would just try them out. I hope this helps.

Yeah it was me justin i appreciated teh help you gave us. I never tried it and here's why. The suggestoin that creative gave was to basically uninstall all the drivers ad reinstall tehm. I knew it would'nt work because i had just installed a new motherboard so my hard drive had to be reformated so teh drivers were clean when i put them on. i am aloso angry at creative as well. I would jus go for a new sound card dude if you can afford it

Yeah i heard that teh AE is a good card, i was recomended the tb santa cruz.. but u prob cant go wrong witht he ae. I would do some research before you buy a new card

Well when i switched to the turtle beach santa cruz teh crackling stopped. But My speakers were defective loose pieces inside so i had to send them make. Im still waiting for my new set. I personally think that its your soundcard

DFX is realy good, but thats alo if u want some extra bass an stuff in your music.

Well i had the same problem as you so it could be your creative card... also Nothing these days costs money, so you can easily obtain the fuill version of MJ for free.

thanks for the info.. sorry it took me a while to respond. what im wondering is can i watch tv and use my 4.1s then when i wan tto use speakers for comuter filp a switch or sumthin??
