Hi there.
I have an G-17 air and the sound keeps dropping - and the speaker disappears from my airplay list of divices thus needing to restart.
Basicly the speaker is useless.
I contacted the support and after weeks of waiting they finally answered me.
I will need to install a new firmware. But when I try to do this the process freezes and the speaker becomes unavailable.
I have written this to support but I thought maybe some in here could help me while waiting for a reply.

What is router brand and model?
The internet is on this router: netopia 3347 ADSL2/2+router 802.11g/b,PTSN, but it is connected with cable to an airport express that I use as network (so I don't use the WIFI provided by the netopia router: The AE has these numbers EthernetID: 581FAAE878D6 airport ID: 581FAAE878D7.
Are you using any wireless repeaters or extenders?
Yes. I use another airport exoress EthernetID: 581FAAE75490 airport ID: 581FAAE75491.
What other devices do you have on your network?
I have no other devices
What is the current firmware version installed in your G-17?
the current firmware is: 3.8.93.1000 from 2011-10-30.
