If it were me, (and it's not), and my wife was feeling the same way, I would suggest moving them off of the high speaker stands, and onto the floor with angled risers. Would make them look somewhat less .....bulky....Relative to value, I would say around $ 450-500 USD, depending on your local market.
Great Idea! and guess what? wifey agrees as well! LOL is there somewhere I could find angled risers for these? probably wouldn't be too hard to build? going to have to google specs on these. thanks Jim never thought of that!

Hi, New to the forum here, I thought I would come here and get advice from you knowledgeable folks! I purchased a set of these Klipsch speakers approx 5 years ago, They still sound super and in great shape! However wifey is pushing me to sell them and get something smaller and less bulky.
Doing some research i have found that what I have here are either Heresy I or II, The serial number tags i can see were stapled onto the backs but are no longer there! I cannot find any serial numbers stamped anywhere on the cabinet. The only stamping i see is what looks like an 8 on the bottom right back frame.
I would like to know if someone can pin down the year of manufacture and tell me if I have heresy I or II? As you can see in the attached pics the stampings on the drivers are as follows: Horn tweeter- K77 Mid horn- K-53K Woofer K22K crossover E-2. what is a good asking price for these? Hopefully someone can chime in here any help would be appreciated!
I believe i have a set of heresy's

Most definately! I found plans to build these...looks pretty straight forward...I am also going to rebuild the crossovers while I am at it. can anyone recommend a reputable place to purchase a crossover kit?
