    • Depends on how far you are sitting on them along with the height and depth of the stand, particularly how close they are from the wall and how much stand they have in front of them.  That seems to affect the sound the most.
    • I had mine assembled by Victor, but the insides did not look much more complex than the GT-102.    Based on a full set of Gold Lion tubes, bass is tighter and highs had more sparkle than GT-102. Switching to a set of Psvane T-II gives you the same kind of bass and treble as GT-102, but more pronounced mids. Personally I felt the Cornwalls and Gold Lion pairing works better, but I should clock more hours on the Psvanes before passing further opinions. BTW, Victor recommends the Elrogs + Telefunkens.   If you are also into headphones, I’m happy to report that the Elekit sounds good on headphones too. Compared to Schiit Mjolnir II with Gold Lion 6922, the Elekit give you a wider soundstage and more bass. This is the perfect amp for bass light headphones in my opinion (e.g. Grado SR225e, Beyer DT880, etc).  Sound quality between the GT-102 and TU-8600R isn’t day and night, but the Elekit is more refined by a hair. Throw in the headphone output and tone control via tube rolling, this is one versatile amp. GT-102 is a great amp too. Good sounding, cool running and virtually no warm up required. Instant gratification for the weary nights. I’m a big fan of the green switch.
    • Looking into this 5.1.4 setup:   https://www.klipsch.com/products/rp-8060fa-5-1-4-dolby-atmos-home-theater-system (2) RP-8060FA (1) RP-404C (2) RP-6000F (1 Pair) RP-500SA (1) SPL-150   Would you say this is a good setup? Would you change the back surround speakers in this setup for the RP502S?   I dont have much experience with Dolby Atmos, so no ideia if its good/worth it.   The Marantz SR6013 would be good enough to power this setup?
    • Chorus bass is crossing at 600 hz Faital pro will do the same on Chorus.  The size of the speaker box should not be a problem.  Faital pro has almost similar measurement data as K-48 Other brands that should work against K-48: Eminence Delta-15LF Eminence Kappa - 15 Eminence Kappa Pro 15 LF C
    • I see two potential issues. First, isn't the chorus ii woofer crossing at 600hz? The Faital is rated up to 4000hz, sounds more like it's meant for a 2way. Second, it lists the ported box volume as 2.95ft3, I think the chorus is 6 or 7 cubic feet. That's what I remember having owned them many years ago. Correct me if I'm wrong.
    • Hello.  I have changed the intro on this thread, and wish this thread could be useful for interested regardless of price ranges.  Lets play some music😀 Partition with Beyonce😂
    • Hi STSOE : I'm French, so I'm sorry if my English does not have all the nuances to explain you clearly 😂     Yes, yes: I tell you it's in Humble that it's explained, for example here:   Mundorf MCap EVO Oil 450VDC - 3% tolerance I found that the EVO Oil likes to be mixed with Jantzen Audio Superior Z-Caps, the slightly bright nature of the EVO Oil blends well with the very neutral and spatious sounding Superior Z-Cap. For example when used for a large value midrange series capacitor: mixed at about one third Jantzen Audio Superior Z-Cap and two thirds Mundorf MCap EVO Oil, together they form a well-balanced rich and spatious combo at a reasonable price.
