    • thanks! yeah hi. there is a rythmik 12inch sealed sub between the right speaker and the equipment rack.  i run it kinda high i think 70-80.
    • Yep. I have searched for a while. They started making them in 87, so there are plenty of them out here.
    • Nice room and equipment!  Do you use one sub? Witch frecuency-range does the sub work in?
    • Edit the first post and you can change the title to no longer for sale
    • When I got to Kuwait in 2004, about two weeks or so afterwards I received two boxes from Klipsch corporate in Indy...one was a set of Promedia 2.1speakers for my computer and the other box was filled with "goodies"...hat,  polo, bumper sticker, those folding frisbee things, PWK license plate...all kinds of stuff...and a REAL surprise...a pair of Klipsch signature series pie-slice logos, carefully-wrapped up and in a zip-lock baggie...with a note inside on Klipsch letterhead that said "Andy, these are for the next Klipsch speakers you build after you get back!"  (Signed) Amy!  They are packed away now for moving...but I certainly WILL use them that way!😉
    • I've sent a video and pictures to Crutchfield. Will see what they say.   It's any light, but the more light.. the more visible they are... and it doesn't show at all when viewing at certain angles. One speaker only has it on one side. The other has it on the top, the back and one side. They sound great.  They will be primarily in a dark room with shut blinds so I can probably live with them. My concern would be resale value if I ever want to upgrade or if I ever move and they need to sit in a well lit room.   I would think other people would have this issue if its a manufacture / assembly issue. Anyone else have the 8000fs with this?
    • I have put in four within the past several months. When the doglegs are first deployed, I recall the speakers dangled below my hole in the drywall quite a bit and certainly more than an inch. At one point I thought the legs failed to swing out because it dangled so far out, worrying I would drop these babies!   Changing to longer screws would also be very easy to do as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to go for it if it were me, and you sound like a much more capable DIY’er than me. All I have is a drywall saw.
    • Set them up last night and enjoying them this morning.
