Does everyone have a hiss when no music is playing?

Unboxed my new R-40PM speakers. Hooked them up. I hear hiss standing next to the speakers. Nothing else is attached. No input or output. Just the speakers. Now. My router and home security hub is right next to the Right speaker. Aggravated. Can send them back to Amazon. Shouldn’t they be quiet? -

At rest, my new R-40PM connected to absolutely nothing makes a low volume beating sound. Brand new. Ready to send back to Amazon unless you all say that’s normal.
