  1. Thought I would update this forum incase anyone has the same issue as a last resort I decided to try my brothers tv and it immediately worked full 4k@60hz with dolby atmos the said tv is EARC and I have found that to be the issue as mine is only arc seems I'm due for a tv upgrade as mine is pushing 7 years at this point anyways nonetheless thank you for your assistance
  2. Ok so I used the series x cable to my tv directly and verified that it supports 4K@60hz I also did the same directly from my series x to my tv via the provided HDMI that came the 1200 and it also does support 4K@60hz where does this leave me is it the soundbar itself? I have verified it has the latest firmware and messed with multiple settings via my xbx/tv
  3. Ok after quick looking my series x come with an 2.1 ultra high speed HDMI by default as for the one that came with cinema 1200 it only says high speed with Ethernet seems my problem lies there hopes this works
  4. Thank you again for your help I also read through the entire avs forum for this soundbar and saw you helping others there as well I will buy one today and fingers crossed this works
  5. Does anyone have any solutions please I've read around a little and can't find anything specifically for the 1200 I've tinkered with settings on my TV and series x It just simply won't pass through 4k when hooked to the soundbar and soundbar to tv via arc
  6. Thank you for the reply I'm now very interested into seeing what the high end model of the flexus system is going to be hope it's on par with if not better than the 1200 I already ordered the 1200 if I have any major issues I'm just gonna hold out for the new flexus system hoping onkyo can help klipsch hammer out any kinks they have had with the previous soundbars they produced time well tell I suppose
  7. I'm glad to hear that please do an update reply in the future
  8. Intresting I will indeed keep an eye out for what people think post launch
  9. I was gonna get the cinema 700 but decided I wanna go all out I've had my very simple 2.0 Vizio soundbar I got 8 ago it had a sub port and I got a free inifinity bu 120 last year and got a nice taste of home bass before it out of nowhere while not in use made a thump noise and smoked decided I wanna go all out anyone have any opinions or advice for the 1200 read many good reviews but also a concerning amount of negative ones about ranging from it bricking within a few months to a year, audio cutting out, people having to buy smart switches cause they have to unplug it many times etc I'm excited but also nervous anyone own the 1200 could you please share your experience
  10. I'm new to the brand am gonna probably rock this setup for awhile as I've heavily neglected my home audio for 7 years I've done much research myself into these but want more opinions I would get the higher end cinema 1200 and the rp series sub but that's simply out of my budget any input would be appreciated 😁
  11. I'm new to Klipsch and im gonna buy my 1st product from them thought it wouldn't hurt to see if y'all knew any discount codes or how to get them
