I'm trying to get some help with my The One bluetooth speaker that doesn't seem to be holding a charge. I can charge it for hours and it plays fine. But if I charge it and let it sit a day or two it goes dead. Can't figure out how to contact support on the website, and the Facebook page blocked me for posting my problem which I simply find sad.
