  1. First of all, I'm new to the Forum so I apologize if this is already a topic. The other night I burned up a Woofer in one of my vintage La Scala's. It started smoking severely and I had to drag it out the back door. Now I'm in the market to replace both Woofers, but I don't know what I should replace them with. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don't really have a price point in mind, I just want something that sounds equal or better, and won't burn up. Thanks!
