have already removed covers on spikes but would alum or brass be better?also are ther any mods to the xover that can be done?

i see not to many tweaks for klf 10s. i love these, but iwant to upgrade them where i can enjoy them even more. i know there are some of you in there that can help. they come with these ugly little plastic spiked feet,would changing them to alum, or brass make a improvement?? any thoughts are apreciatedthanks. denon 3300,denon dvm 3700,klf 10s fronts,rc311,kg3.5 rears,moniteraudio asw 100.
