is it possible to hook up a car amplifier to a ht system. i know you would need some sort of ac to dc converter, just didn't know if it were possible

i figured radio shack would have something like that. The only other sub i got is a little kenwood that came w/ a 5.1 system from circuit city. I'll have to give the pro media a try and see what happens. Thanks for the help.

I have a promedia 5.1 system for my computer. I recently bought a 7.1 reciever for my big screen. I also bought a pair of rf-3's. Is there any way to use my sub from the promedia system with my HT system? I live in an apartment now sow the bass will be ample. I just didn't know if the connection was possible. Any help is much appreciated.

yeah. the rsw would be awsome but i still need to get well pretty much everything. After i get the towers, and center, i'll be broke. Then i need surrounds. For a sub thats over a grand i prob wont have it for another year

I am trying to build a HT system. All i have now is the moniter which is an RCA 53" wide screen. I plan on doing a 7.1 setup with , a pair of, rf-3's, rb-3's, rs-3's and an rc-3. I was debating which sub to use. Either the rsw-10 or the ksw-12. I was trying to keep everything in the reference series but the reference subs are soooo expensive. Any sugestions?

How much money do you want for the rf-3's. I might also be interested in buying the rc-3. I am from greenville, nc. thanks
