ive had this computer in this room before it shouldnt make a difference, ive had this problem before in the other room too, but it went away, this time it wont go away. what else can i do

i moved my computer into a different room and ever since then when my speakers are on thes a pop/crack sound every 1 sec or so, even if i unplug the 3 cords from the tower i still get the pop/crack. i never go past 40 on the volume. and whenever i play music or games the sound is really muffled and u can barely hear it what should i do
