  1. I am looking at purchasing the RF-35 series. I have heard hundreds of reviews of receivers. I am looking for opinions from the peanut gallery on the best receiver for the RF-35 series! Looking to spend around $1000. Yamaha's to harsh! Denon is blah! NAD is unreliable! Pioneer is overpriced! and on and on!!! I have heard it all and looking for everyone's 2 cents!
  2. Anyone using a NAD T762 or T752 A/V with Klipsch speakers specifically the R(X)-35 series and RW-12? I am looking for the best A/V Receiver for around $1k. Looking for thoughts. Thanks.
  3. Anyone ever purchase online from: www.acousticsounddesign.com Can you tell me if you would recommend them or not? Any experience with there extended warranty program? Experiences overall? Also looking for any online dealer that sells Klipsch! Thx
  4. Alright, what would you all recommend for HT! One large subwoofer ex: RWS-15 or Two smaller subwoofers for the same price ex: RWS-10 x2
  5. I am looking to purchase my HT system, speakers/receivers/the whole 9 yards, and I always can find a better deal on the internet than locally. Can you'll tell me your experiences purchasing through the internet. Service, repairs, warranties, authentic merchandise, etc. I am looking at : www.acousticsounddesign.com for the most part and they offer an extended warranty through VAC. Looking for advice/thoughts. Thx Also would you recommend anyone else!
  6. I am looking at receivers and would like to know what you all think! Which ones are better and why? I plan on running it with the RF-35 series. Thanks Pioneer Elite VSX-55TXi Yamaha RX-V3300 Now if there is better out there for a similar price let me know! Thx ALL!

  8. I am looking to purchase the following and would like to know how much I should be paying for these. I have seen them advertised with a great difference of prices. So how much are these typically going for? Pair RF-35 RC-35 3x RS-35 RW-12 Pair RB-35
  9. Alrighty now! I am looking at receivers, for example: Yamaha RX-Z1, Yamaha's flagship, w/o THX - MSRP $2,799.00 Pioneer Elite VSX-47TX, Pioneer's similiarly priced, w/ THX - $3,000.00 Now my question is which is better? Specs are similar, trust me when I say this, only to my untrained eye, as far as I can see. I do not plan on buying a $3000.00 receiver yet, maybe a $1k to $1.5K, but I was using the Yamaha RX-Z1 as a benchmark and I noticed that other brands are THX compatible. So, what is the deal with THX! Also looking for advice on which receiver to buy at the $1k to $1.5K range and should I be concerned about an AMP and how to utilize it. I plan on using the the Klipsch Reference 7 series for speakers. Thanx for any input!
  10. Looking for internet retailers that are authorized by Klipsch to sell Klipsch products that do not void warranties.
  11. First time poster, long time reader! ALIBI: I DO NOT know that much about speakers, technical stuff that is, I can plug them in though! I am almost ready to purchase my first true HT. I am looking for a well rounded system to make my neighbor's ears bleed! I am filling a space approximately 250 square feet. I listen to ALL types of music and lots of movies! I do not have a price limit per say, I will wait and save for anything better than BOSE like junk though. I do not need to make my neighborhood's ears bleed, just my next door neighbor. I am looking for input on receivers and systems. Currently I am looking at two receivers: Yamaha RS-V3300 Pioneer Elite VSX-53TX Both listed as $1500.00. Am I looking in the right direction? I don't want something so big that it will be overkill to whatever speakers I get. Now speakers, I would like to have front floor speakers and not shelves. I will put in the money for atleast one sub and if I can afford it two. Now I have been looking at the Yamaha Receiver speaker setup and they have two main fronts two additional smaller fronts and three rear, sub and center of course. That is the setup I am looking to produce provided I get the Yamaha. KLIPSCH reference series has repeatly come up as the best for $ out there! Myself and my wife listened to them and we have to agree! But listening to them in a prepared studio environment and in your home are too different things. I am looking for ideas for what to get here. If you need more information to assist me please let me know. Thanks.
