Can you guys tell me the difference among the KG 4, 4.2, and the 4.5. Which do you like better and why?

i'm looking for a nice budget amp & pre or intergraded amp for a pair of kg 4. sadly enough my budget is $300. Any suggestions from the used market. i was think of the audiosource amp 2.
