  1. I just bought the alk crossover. I noticed a difference at once! And so far i don`t have the "lack of sound" problem with the alk`s like i had before with my AA network IMHO i think the difference is clearer sound. It`s sounds more HIFI if i compare to the AA networks. But I miss "more sound" from the midrage. It`s not so opened like Im used to. I don`t think that will be a problem though..This you can adjust, and I think I will.
  2. Hello..! More pictures and info about the veneer will come:) I think it`s called "Ligna flex veneer" and the type is Teak. I`ve yust bought alk crossovers, but haven`t got them yet. Are not sure if my AA is broken. Yes it`s a ksw 15:) I had some problems with the small areas on the khorns, and the glue was very poweful, so i had to be very accurate! -Thomas-
  3. Thank you very much for all your answers..When I bought the khorns, they vere painted in red. I thought I could redecorate them with teak veneer. This work is soon to be finished. Pictures will come When Im finished I will also try your suggestions. Thomas
  4. my system is not the best..but I`ve been student for a long time now, and I recently got a job, so im planning to upgrade it real soon. Nad 319 sd200e khorns 74
  5. I know, but I`ve checked the amp..nothing wrong there.
  6. hello! looks like everyone got alk networks here..I got a pair of 74 khorns, the crossover type is AA, but lately I`ve noticed that something is wrong with one of my speakers. The sound is "falling out". It seems like the connection is bad somewhere. IMHO I think it has to to with the crossovers. Do u know where I can get information about ALK crossovers? What`s the price, and where can I get these?
  7. I got a pair of khorns E, K-C-BR. The model is 1974, but they are still working perfect. I recently heard about a upgrade you can do. This upgrade contains new tweeter, squawker, and a balancing network..so my khorns will sound like the ones they are selling today.. will i notice a big improvement in sound? is it worth it? the price is 3500$..
