I'm the using monsterbass 400 cable

I just recently bought a ksw-100 sub from ebay ok,I have a yamaha rx-v3000 receiver with 2 sub outs,I used the single line to go into directly into the sub and I get no sound,I only get sound when I first plug the cable in half way(I get that buzzing sound) after It's in I get no sound what so ever,I don't know if it has to do with the fuse or what,but I really want to get to sub working thanks preemo
