  1. Well I got the owners manual from the owner and it is a KSW 150. I want to thank everyone for their help. George
  2. Well after checking all the components in this amp. I have narrowed down the problem to the power supply, an open 100ohm 2 watt resistor and some other components pretty close to fried. I can see where heat would be a real problem in this amp. It is enclosed in a plastic shell that is screwed to the control panel. There is absolutley no ventilation except for some small vent holes on the panel. The owner uses it to power his home sound system. I will pass on the heat and fire danger to him. Thanks for the info. George
  3. Here is a picture of the amp, and I also reposted with a picture under the forum you suggested. Thanks, George
  4. I was asked to repair what I believe is a Klipsch Amp. It has no model number, the control panel is black with Klipsch Inc on it. Also says "A Legend In Sound." Has a power switch, on/off/auto, Phase switch 0 or 180, Av switch +3db, Highpass switch 40 hz or 80 hz. Rca line out and in left and right, plus sub. Two knobs, Lowpass 40hz to 120hz and Level 1 to 11. Speaker hook ups left and right Hi level out and Hi level in. The only numbers on this panel are 118294 in small print below the 120 AC 330 watts 60 hz in plug. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated. TIA
