Hi to all,
I hope someone can give me some information about a pair of Klipsch speakers. They were given to me by a friend who was moving out of state -- along with a bunch of other stuff his wife said get rid of.
The tag on the back says they are Hersheys, but what little I have been able to find about them indicates a 12" woofer but the tape measure says 10 1/2 inches. The cabinets are plywood with the laminations exposed on the front edges. They sit on stands and tilt back about 10 degrees. Black grille cloth with no badges. They are consecutive serial numbers, 106U511 and 106U512, and the serial numbers are stamped into the wood at the back of the cabinet.
They don't show any damage to the woofers, cabinets have a little time rash and they sound very good. But they don't fit with my vintage quadraphonic system, Sansui QRX9001 w/four "New" Advent speakers, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
