They apply it at 1.7 billion pounds per square nanometer. Its pretty funny watching them with a 300' torque wrench. Actually, I am unable to detach mine on the 2.1s. I'm getting very frustrated. I almost got the phillips groves wore away! GRRRRRRRRRRRR!
