  1. FYI.............Currently listed on Craigslist sf bay area. Klipsch Legend KLF-20 Speakers - Perfect Condition (oakland piedmont / montclair) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reply to: anon-49221359@craigslist.org Date: 2004-11-16, 2:36PM PST Hi, I have a pair of Klipsch KLF-20 speakers. These are incredible high end audiophile speakers which retailed for over $1,500 new. I am the original owner (I have had them about 3 years) and they have received normal use and have been kept up perfectly. They sound incredible and I am asking $700 or best reasonable offer (no lowballs or trades please). I also have matching center and rears I would consider selling as a set if interested. Please email me if you would like to know more or have any questiosn... You can read how much people love these speakers at this site which has tons of raves: http://www.audioreview.com/speakers/main-speaker/Klipsch/PRD_119936_1594crx.aspx
  2. The La Scala's are still available.
  3. The main reason for letting the La Scala's go is due to space. They sound great no question about it. I will miss them but my family room is about 18' X 15 and I currently have an all heritage HT system setup. La Scala's in front (now '69 Vertical Cornwall's) Heresy center and Heresy's in the rear. Who know's they may not sell and I keep them!
  4. I have a pair of La Scala's - LSBR 8439725 & 8439726 that I must sell. The speakers are in good condition and are completely orginal and sound great. I've just run into some nice cornwalls and the La Scala's must GO!. I'm located in the SF Bay Area. I would like to get $1000 but open to offers.
  5. La Scala pictures. Anyone need a pair of 84' La Scala's?
  6. I just picked up another pair of Cornwall's this afternoon. (Attached) These Cornwall's are 1977 CWO. These will be my winter project. I hope to reveener these in Oak. They're actually in fairly good shape cosmetically.
  7. They are 1984 La Scalas and are in good condition. They were raw birch before the original owner sprayed them black. He was a painter by trade so he actually did a very nice job. I will post a picture tonight. The speakers are completely original and sound great!
  8. What should I expect to paid for a pair of late 70's or early 80's cornwall's in average to below average cosmetic condition?
  9. These were found on craigslist. I've been looking for oak cornwall's. I could not pass on these. The guy took great care of them. I'm still looking for the oak cornwall's. My floors and furniture are white oak. I may just find another pair and reveneer them. This pair of CW's will remain walnut.
  10. I will not be doing anything to them. They are in excellect condition. Only thing wrong w/ them is a dark spot on top of one of the speakers.
  11. The speaker serial #'s are 1H637 & 1H638 and are now sitting in my family room.I'm a proud owner of a pair of 1969 Vertical Cornwall II's. These are in excellent condition. I did take off the backs and everything is original. The gentleman never even removed the grills. He thought they were screwed on from inside. I didn't see anything inside holding them on. How are the attached? Now I need to figure out where my 84' La Scala's are going! Anyone looking for La Scala's? Ken
  12. How do I know if it's original? Do the backs need to be removed? What am I looking for? Ken
  13. These are the only pictures available. I will be picking the up today. Apparently the tags on back are faded. I asked about the stamped edge on the back speakers. He said the was nothing there. Ken
  14. Attached is a better picture of the speaker.
