J in Las Vegas

The model of the subwoofer I have escapes me but when trying to hook up my sub to my receiver, last night (I recently moved), I noticed that it does not work. It shows it's receiving a signal from the receiver but it just doesn't work. I even tried another receiver to make sure it was the sub. The speaker is about 3 years old but still looks new and up until now always worked great. Does anyone know where I can bring my sub in the the Las Vegas area to be serviced? Or - does anyone know where I can send it? I appreciate any replies! Thanks. J
