how close is to close for my hitachi 53 wide and rw12.is around 8-12in okay

how close can u put a rw12 to my 53in hitachi widescreen with out it hurting the picture. i heard it could cause magnetic interference with the picture, is this only for picture tube tv's or does it also hurt my tv. will 8in to 12in be enough.

im thinking of upgrading from a ksw12 to a rw12.how much better is the rw12 what kind of sound improvements can expect.is placement different since it fires from the front,i have my ksw in the corner where should i put the rw. thanks for the input.room size 23ft/15ft

i have my tv and mains on the 15ft wall so im looking at the room the long way kinda like a theater. i had the surounds on the side walls about 5ft high before,but was wondering if it could sound better setup a different way.i was also thinking of adding 6th channel ,would that effect the arrangement of my rear speakers. yes i do use it mainly for HT, some music. mostly conserned with HT suond quality.does the height affect the sound. should i put them at ear level or at the ceiling

i have klipsch rc3II rs3II rf3II should i mount my suround speakers on the side walls or on the rear walls, ear level or at the ceiling. i wont the best suond and seperation mounting isnt a problem. my living room is 23ft long and 15ft wide.thanks for the help
