  1. Nope Atlanta, GA now job moved me here about 6 years ago. Lived in Englewood for 7 years. Just miss Colorado, and Atlanta is not on my top 100 places to live, but you go where the job takes you for now. How do you like the Denon DVD 2900, I been looking at their DVD's weclome any opinions. Current Set up: Denon 1905, Klipsch RC35, RB35, RS35 and RW12
  2. Well the RF5 problem solved. I was bidding on a brand new pair of these just entered a bid of $800 with 1 min to go went to add another $50, laptop locks for 30 secs, lost bid by $1.01 !!!! wathced this for 4 days, sitting here for 1 hour hitting refresh. UGH!
  3. Would you stay away from the RF-5's then? I think I can pick these up tonight new for what I would pay for RF-35's.
  4. I am currently piecing together a new home theater system. Presently I have the Center and Sub. The center is the RC-35 and the sub is the RW-12. I would welcome any advice to round out the system. The receiver is a Denon AVR-1905 that will be upgraded later on (can even add an amp to it sooner). The room this is going into is 20 ft wide and 18 ft deep. I have wired the room for 5.1, 6.1 or 7.1 (just starting drywall now) Have a chance at getting a set of RF-5s but think they might be too much for my system. I have been also looking to add RF-35s for the fronts, RS-35s or RB-35s for the rears. Other front choices were RB-75s. Just would like to see what others opinions would be. This will be mostly used for Movies and TV viewing, music around 25%. Thanks for any help or advice!
  5. I am in the process of finishing my basement and setting up a 7.1 system the room will be 20'w x 18'l. I currently have RC-35 and RW-12 (Reciever is Denon AVR 1905). I wanted to add the RF-35 ($850 Pair)but basement costs are running high and the RB-35 ($415 pair) will be what I get for fronts. I have not looked at RF-25's but assumed the RB-35 will be better. I currently own SB-1 and was going to use these for rears and add ss-1s for middle surrounds. I was told they will not match well with the Reference speakers. So I am looking at 2 pair of RS-35 ($400 pair) but thinking the RS-25 will be good for this set up. Dont have price on RS-25 yet. Would like any thoughts on which RS speaker to go with and price. Also any thoughts and fronts as well. Thanks for the advice.......
