You really think that kit is worth it? I feel a little gipped that i am paying only 200 for the sub...which in car prices is really just a regular old sub... and the amp is rated at 1000 watts...which is not true wattage but merely the exxagerated... those are my only concerns...

I need the best subwoofer in this range...absolutely the best bang for back... mainly for movies but largely for music as well!

I need to get a sub for around 4-500, any suggestions? about 60/40 music to movie usage, I was looking at the rw12 which can be had through brandnamez.com for 430...seems like a steal, But perhaps, there are better deals out there? Better bang for buck? Any input, will be greatly appreciated!

This has been bothering me for a while... I have a basic setup of quintet 2's and a harmon kardon 135 receiver. Now it seems that during movies, almost all the sound seems to be coming from the center channel...and i have to place the sorround spekaers up to my ears to be able to notice that sound is coming from them... is this normal? If it is...what would be the purpose of buying expensive front and sorround speakers if the center channel is doing all the work? if not...what would be the reason for this problem? Maybe i just need to set the levels on the front and sorround speakers higher? anyone have any explanations for this?

yeah, i got the quintet 2 running on the h/k 130... everything running wonderfully... just need to add a nice sub...

Are these speakers magnetically shielded? I placed them next to my monitor and it got all screwed up, the colors... so why in the instruction booklet does it tell me to place it directly on top of my tv/monitor? Whats up with this!?

I am debating between these two to power my quintet 2 speakers... the harmon kardon is rated for 50 watts at 4ohms ... does that mean it can do 100 watts at 8 ohms? the panasonic...im unsure about, i just dont know what to be looking for in a lower end receiver... any input would be greatly appreciated!

I can buy the cinema 6 system...for about 1200 canadian (950 us) and am wondering if thats a good price? Will i be able to connect these to my computer?
