[can I use Cornwalls as rears for surround]

I finall after 13 years got my Cornwalls out of the basement, but the deal with my wife is that they can only be in one spot, behind the couch. I have a rotel 982bx stereo amp.

Anyway I am trying to set up a surround to go with a new hdtv and am baffled as to how to incorporate the Cornwalls. I just got a new Yamaha vsx 7.1 channel which looks decent.

My friend gave me his Klipsch kg1's and kg2.2

Can I set up my Cornwalls as the fronts even though they are in back.

Use the kg2.2 as center and have it in front.

buy new fronts, get new wife

I am trying to put cornwalls out of my basement listening cave into the real house. my wife says yes if they are on their side in a built in cabinet,

can I put cornwalls on their side. it hurts to think about.

Also I just oiled, tung, them and they are mint,

is their snything else to do for them or my heresy's, spray the cones ets?
