Ok, it's a done deal. The order for the RS-7s is cancelled and it is replaced by a pair of walnut Heresy's to match my walnut K-horns. Thanks for the feedback, I'm sure I will be happy with this decision.
Sorry for the short notice but I could really use some more feedback on the Heresy vs RS-7 question. I need to modify my order by tomorrow if I'm going to change from RS-7s to Heresy's. Also with my being new to HT, if I go with the Heresy's should I set them up as surrounds or surround back channels. I split my use of the system about 50/50 between HT and Music. Thanks for the feedback.
I just found out that Klipsch won't be building my RS-7s that I was going to use for surrounds until the end of January. I also found out that for an additional $150 I could purchase a pair of Heresy's instead of RS-7s for my surrounds. If I understand the opinion of most people on the forum, I would be better off with the Heresy's to match my K-horns. Comments anyone?

Well right now I'm using my 65" Hitachi TV as the center channel with the Khorns so when the RC-7 arrives it will be a big improvement over the Hitachi. Especially since I don't have room for a speaker like a Belle. I have a dealer close by that sells bi-wire MIT cable in a common insulation so I think I will give that a try for a clean un-cluttered way to try bi-wire.
The info available in this forum is amazing. Who knows when I get brave enough and knowledgable enough I may look to make some upgrades the 78 Khorns for my stereo listening.
Can someone tell me what kind of connections are on the RC-7 and RS-7 speakers? Do they take spades, bananas, etc? Also does bi-wiring the RC-7 make much of a difference in sound? I'm planning to use it as a center channel between K-horns.
I just purchased a RC-7 center speaker to go on top of my Hitachi 65" and RS-7's as surround speakers. My fronts are a pair of 78 K-Horns I bought new in 78. I'm new to Ht and was wondering if the RC-7 should be set to large and the Rs-7's set to small?
