Thank you much - thought the problem may have been in the quality of the amp - I am now using a Onkyo on the KLF-20's and a Denon on my SB-1's. It's working very well !!

I have a pair of KLF 20's and am wondering why my Pioneer amp keeps "kicking out" after about an hour. It seems to overheat. I purchased an Onkyo receiver and have not had the problem recur. The onkyo was positioned in the same place so should have been subjected to the same conditions. Can anyone tell me why this happens - other speakers (Bose) do not do this in my setup
