  1. Hey out there, I`m looking for a new or near new mint K31 Woofer for one of my KLF30`s thanks please reply to destree@telus.net
  2. Chris- Very ,Very Nice! - I started the "The Best Rock Speaker Thread" & I`m wondering if you could tell me what it would cost someone to buy the Driver parts for these speakers ?? also could you list them for me & what is the overall diamension? I have a master woodworker buddy who could build the cabinets in his sleep for me. Did you draw up any plans? thanks
  3. thanks for the input, does anyone out there remember what the KLF30`s sold for new? so I have something for comparison when I look on Ebay
  4. Thanks for all the feedback, as I stated I did own a pair of K-Horns before, but I had to get rid of them when I was living on the road. I think the KLF30`s are my first choice, not to p-off any of the classic speaker fans out there. I have read somewhere in the form that the quality of the 30`s are not up to snuff???- any feedback on that would be helpful. thanks again
  5. Sounds like these combos would be as large as the K horns ? I would like to keep the overall size to something smaller than a truck. But after saying that, what would the rough diamensions of a setup like you suggest?
  6. Hello out there- I would like some constructive help on decideing what speaker model to buy for listening to rock music. I`m building my dream system within a set budget, so at this point I will buy the speakers first and then decide on which amp/preamp to pickup next year. My listening room is my main floor of my house which is a post & beam style aprox. 20 X 50 with 15 foot ceilings. I do have good corners for K horns but I used to have a set of those beasts before I took roots,I would like to buy the next best model down in size. I`m stearing towards the older model of KLF 30`s or maybe the new Ref. 7 but I also love JM Labs speakers , but its not set in stone at this point. All feedback would be helpful from your own past, remember the volume of the room. thanks
