I don't think it is worked excessively hard. I only get the rattle at very low frequencies during movies. It is 7 years old, so I will check the port and driver. thanks.

At low outputs my sub has a rattle on the inside. This happens when I have the sub turn up slightly more than half way. Are the sub control not properly adjusted or is there a problem with something inside? thanks
