  1. I've decided on a set of 35-series speakers for my new entertainment room. Unfortunately this room isn't designed specifically for home theater since the wife wouldn't let me entirely have my way with it. This system will be used primarily for movies / TV but also for music (75/25). Here's my setup as I have it planned: Denon 1803 6.1 receiver RF-35 fronts RC-35 center RB-35 rear RS-35 or RB-35 surrounds (2) SVS PB-10 ISD Subwoofer My dilemna is that I have to mount the surrounds pretty high up. The bottom of the speaker will be no lower than 6'10" from the ground, perhaps a couple inches higher. Adding to an already bad situation is hardwood flooring and a vaulted ceiling with exposed wood. I do plan to put down a large area rug to hopefully control some of the sound from bouncing about the place. So... do I go with the RS or use the RB? I have been told that I can't angle the RS units down... is this correct? Or am I planning this thing entirely wrong? HERE IS A LINK to the plans for the new room, showing speaker placement as red squares. Measurements for speaker placement are approximate. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
