Just for safety sake, you might insist the postman watch/witness you open the envelope.
I'd hate to sign for an empty envelope. That would be icing on the cake!
Harry
I would also have the "post-person" [] inspect the money order and confirm that it is not counterfeit!

Good luck!

I have been looking for a tube amp with a pre/sub out to power a subwoofer; would I be better served with an integrated?
I am looking at one integrated that has an AUX out jack; would that serve as a pre-out (non-powered)?
Has anyone ever had a pre-out mod done to a JM Peach?
Thanks for your input!

FWIW,
All the ebay auctions I am watching end @ PDT (Pacific Daylight Time).
Good luck!

So how is this reverse auction going to work? Do people bid how much they will charge to take Coulter off Klipsch's hands?
Uhhh...I don't think "no reserve" auction equates to 'reverse' auction - two different animals I believe. []

I'd say it was time for a road trip!

I'd go for the Jubilee in a heart-beat if I thought I could talk my lovely wife into it!
Disclaimer: She has been extremely patient with my hobby for many years; we both decided it was time to "scale down" a bit. [8-)]

I knew posting the link could be controversial. I decided to go ahead and let folks know; I sure have found things through the forum in the past.

I have no doubt you can get a great preamp (JM) for the price of a pair of Heritage, but I'd say give this baby a shot first:

Bear in mind my first choice would be a JM product; but the TS Grounded Grid is a VERY nice preamp IMO.

I thought the ad looked interesting...but I'd be very careful with the transaction. The seller's name even sounds phishy.

I have no affiliation with the seller etc. etc. etc.

The adapter needed for the QSC amps is to convert a RCA cable to a balanced one? Or are you referring to a different type of adapter?
How about a Peach preamp, do you think that would work well?
Thanks for any advice!
-
Which QSC amps (series) would perform best with Klipsch Heritage speakers?
-
Your serial numbers don't match the format that we are familiar with. I suggest you call Klipsch (tech support? or Trey Cannon), they will be able to tell you when the speakers were manufactured.
Welcome to the forum!

Monarchy SM-70 Pro! Class A zero feedback design, sound great on Klipsch heritage!
I know someone posted recently that they gave the Monarchy's (bridged as mono's) a try and didn't like them; I think that person was in the minority.

Good find Speakerfritz. If those were not down by Tuscon and closer to Phoenix I might make a road trip from Denver, been wanting to have an experiment pair for Cornwalls for some time, my Oak units are just too nice to mess with.
Surprise is actually N. W. Phoenix (west of I-17 off the 101 and Grand Ave.). []

Craig, there is a difference between misspellings, using homonyms, and making typos. []

What material are the faceplates made of?
I've had great success with Brasso on Eico faceplates. I've also used Windex (non-ammonia kind) on several with good results.

I normally listen at 80 db if my wife is listening with me and ~90 db when I am alone (C weighted/slow). If we have "head banger's" over we will go much louder but not for long periods of time.
Have you ever had a bunch of guys over and they didn't want to see how loud it would go?
