Do you know what a learning remote is?

Well since you have the user manual, can you find the remote codes listed in it anywhere as a last ditch effort before I just give up and sell my Klipsch stuff all together then?

What the heck. I've been looking for a remote for weeks and some guy on the phone at Klipsch said there weren't anymore. He even went back to the "engineering department" to search for remote codes and said they don't exist anymore What the crap is that? [:@] I am significantly put off by Klipsch now.

Anyone have these? <edit> Tell you what. Using an IR receiver, record the codes for every button. I'll give you like $5. Even better would be to program those codes onto a cheap learning remote. Write down what button does what function (if it's not obvious) on the learning remote and mail it to me. I'll pay you for the remote, shipping, and your time. Hey do you still have the remote? I'm going to DIE if I don't get a remote! I have everything setup but I can't use it because this stupid thing defaults to coax instead of optical which is what I'm using.

Are you the guy selling it on ebay? Did you already sell it? If not, are you willing to part with just the remote?

Welp I found this old thing sitting in a box in my room. I'd forgotten long ago that I'd purchased it. I had Ultra 5.1's at the time, but I didn't have anything to connect them to properly. Anyway, I was delightfully surprised to find it -I was not delightfully surprised not to find the remote. Every time I turn this thing on, it's sitting waiting for a signal to come from "unkown coaxial" instead of Optical (TOSlink cable currently connected) and I can't change which imput I want to use without the remote. BUMMER. Klipsch's customer service is closed and I can't seem to find the remote listed on the website anywhere. Can anyone help me out? Where to buy a replacement remote? Anybody got one they're willing to sell? How much are these babies anyway? Check my profile for ways to get ahold of me.
