hello i have not tested the bms driver with the h220 horns i like the look of the round horns and the sound great better then my h220+fostex driver the bms is a coaxialdriver (2 inchmid+1 inchhigh driver inside)and i thing it will not work very well in the h220 horns also i need the h220 horns for my old system

The 2-way driver bms4590 costs new 760 euro a pair but its a very massiv driver like jbl 2445j or altec. It s a 2 inch middriver with a 1 inch highdriver inside both in the same horn. The other driver ( fostex fd200) in my old system is a normal middriver also often in pa used. The fd 200 is also a 2inch driver ,i use it also about 300-350hz.

hi the round horns are from germany,diameter is 55cm (i dont no it in english) , by my system i use it about 300hz, i have buy it for 250 euro a pair and 150 euro for the metalic paint. I thing the color is from BMW cars. The driver is a italian BMS 4590,a very powerful driver and you can use it about 300hz.Normally it is used in PA or clubs.

Many thanks for viewing my post. I ve tested a lot of speakers in the khorn(sorry ,its a copy) but the k-33 is really the best and also so cheap. I tested fostex pa38 (standart in the acr horn) fostex pa38w (only for reflex) but there is one speaker i like also in the khorn ,the name is fostex fw405 . The fostex fw 405 had a very deep bass in the khorn but he is very expensive and rare. I thing you can also take the visaton named bgs40, i believe he is also working in the khorn and also cheap like the k-33. Very good speakers are the old isophon and audax but also rare and expensive. Here is a pic from the fostex pa38w.Very good bass but not for the horn.

Ok,i have problems with the pics,i want to sent only one post with all pics but i don t now that works. My new system is also a 3-way system with a BMS coaxialdriver (mid+high into the same horn). The basssection is smaller than the klipschorn but always with a 15inch driver. The crossovers are with oilcaps(military) and autotransformer. It sounded very good extremly powerful and round. You can not hear the horn. More pics:

Hi, im new in this forum,the first thing i will say is ,sorry for my very bad english[] I want to show my system , first i started about 20 years with a acr eckhorn, i will never sold it because its the first hornspeaker i ve been building. The speakers are: Bass: Klipsch K-33-e Mid: Fostexhorn H220 with Fostex Driver FD200 (also name by ACR D800) High: Fostex FT66H Crossover:AOS It sounded creat,very powerful and clean. Next time i will restor(?) the finish,i thing mahagony look i will take for the bass horns. The first pic:
