4.1 Dead Yesterday......Fixed Today Thanks Forum!!!!

Yesterday I fired up my PC and discovered my 4 year old 4.1 system was dead. I tried the usual checking wires and switching plugs with no results. Not knowing what to do next, I checked out the forum and began to read all the posts about dead 4.1's. Thanks to the tips shared on this forum, using my tester I was able to troubleshoot the sub and discovered the R26 resistor was dead. I went to my local electronics store this morning and picked up a 1 watt (they didn't have 2 watt) 47K 2% resistor for 50 cents. Just finished replacing the bad R26 and my 4.1 is once again ALIVE and KICKING!!!!! Thanks to everyone who contributes to this forum!!!
