Hey guys,
I am going to sale my industrial la scala to buy a pair of
cornwall,so if anyone around houston ,tx want to pick them up just drop
me an email.I ll be posting them on audiogon withn the next few
day.thanks...they are the split wood/fiberglass finish and in
excelence shape.I am asking 1k for them.thanks

make sure one of your hand is ground to any metal piece to avoid
static and about the shirt.I notice polo have darker background on the
music then the GAP...LOL

I think this is the future.I have one and hook it up to an external dac
and never have to get up to change the CD again.I stored
everything in my harddrive.

emails.with your attitude.I wouldnt even reply to your email and keep

The MMF-5 is a fine table.if i were you.I would keep the TT and
buy the cartridge(shelter 501) and I ll bet that you ll be more happy
then upgrading the TT.

(burmeister smaple II)..and talking about vinyl.I just bought about 500
jazz album from a jazz hobbyist.I went through about 20 and still have
the other 480 left untouch..hahahaha..

sure about the pressing ,but the music is one of the best .I have the
CD version and love every song in the album

roadcase???..is that the case kind of look lke a luggage that
slip over the box with a lock? and has wheel? I talked to my buddy
today and he have one of case with his klipsch.if anyone
interested.contact me and I ll give you his imfo and #..he want
$1300(include case) for it and you ll be amaze how good these thing
look.

Hi,
I am not sure if they are fiberglass or not.I know it looklike
some kind of combination of wood/fiberglass or plastic( some kind of
hard material).metal trim around and the LS come in 2 pieces.top and
bottom.not sure what do you mean by split..as far as the appearance.the
bottom look just like the regular LS,but the top shaped like a triangle
and removeable.I do like the way it sound,but i am having problem with
the size..kinda big for a small bedroom system..LOL

thank you for your reply and 1 last question.so,are you saying if
I run a mcintosh 100w and another mcintosh 50W,at lower volume should
sound the same?..I understand about the quality of the watt..I am a
little confuse on same brand of amplifier with different power.running
in the same system..is there any different at lower volume level? I
know it ll be a big differene when you max out the volume,but lower
volume???..thank you

hmmmmmmmmmmm..assuming i am using the same system except the
amplifier.what is the difference(sound quality) running a 30w tube amp
vs 100w tube amp at the same volume level on the volume control of the
pre-amp?...

6ca7/el34

hey guys,
The 6ca7 on my welborne laurel are getting weak and I am
going to replace it with a new pair.when i search on ebay for 6ca7 and
almost all the tubes that pop up are 6ca7/el34..when i replace the 6ca7
with golden dragon el34,there no sound comming out of it at all,so the
question is.Do I have to adjust anything in the amplifier
when i replace the 6ca7 with EL34?..thanks
