I recently purchased a Yamaha HTR 5890 and i was wondering if i could run my consoles through the video input on my reciever. From the recievier i would run a set of component cables from the monitor output to the television. im just wondering if this would avoid frying my tv. BTW the televison is an older hitachi model.
