Crazy Horn

Here is another pic of the crossover

I have a pair of what are supposed to be Heresy Crossover's, Type E-2. I am new at the speaker stuff and just learning so stay with me if I sound goofy. I think I have added pictures for you to look at? Looking at the wiring down to the tweeter it looks like negative is a jumper wire going from negative to negative. Red # on front of crossover being + and black being negative until it gets to the tweeter. At the tweeter the negative jumper wire connects to the red# instead of the black. It looks like the posiitve and negative are switched. Someone please help. Confused
