Thanks for the feedback. I had not considered a line level pre-amp. Quicksilver's line level unit is $1085, which blows my budget for this setup. Is there a lower cost alternative?

Hi Everyone,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have been looking to put together a modest tube system and dusting off some old vinyl. I do not think that buying vintage is right for me at this time, nor is buying a kit or tweaking a Dynaco. I am considering the purchase of the following: - Quicksilver Mini-Mite Mono Amps - Bellari VP129 Tube Phono Preamp - Technics SL1200 Turntable - Klipsch RB-61 I would be interested in your thoughts or recommended alternatives.
