I hoped that would get a rise out of somebody. I WISH the bird would have crapped on my head. It would have been easier to clean.

Does anybody know how to take the iGroove unit apart to get access to the front grill? I was playing it outside and a bird pooped on it. I can't clean the grill while it is attached to the unit. I figured I was going to get something on there sooner or later. But I would not have bet on bird poop. Thanks for any help.

It is pretty clear to me it is the iPod itself vibrating against the unit. I can almost eliminate it by moving the slider thing to just the right place, and by using the treble boost EQ setting. But it is still there, and only holding the iPod makes it go away completely. I haven't heard any solutions from anywhere.

My 5th generation video iPod rattles in my iGroove when I play tunes with deep bass, even at relatively low volume. I have tried adjusting the rubber slide thing in the back, and it has some effect. But I can't get the rattle to go away no matter what position I choose. I know the iPod rattling is the problem, because if I steady it with my finger, the rattling goes away. Does anybody have the same problem? A solution?
