Any Interest in Marchand XM-9 Crossover - $400+Shipping.
Its a two-way crossover.
Just no longer have for it. I think its currently has a 100hz crossover module in it but new modules can be bought directly from Marchand fairly cheap ($10-$15?)
Previous owner has upgraded the powercord.

If you get them - I'll just be happy they stay local :-) - perhaps down the line if you decide to sell them, and timing works out for me, then I would purchase them (although there is no excuse for me to purchase additional speakers).
I noticed that he has Zu-Audio speakers in the background as well - I wonder how they compare.
-
I actually inquired with Blair to see if he would split them up but he respectfully declined. Yup + still rocking the home brew JBLs + with Oris 200 horns on top. Its tough to beat the Oris sound no doubt.

blair has a buyer
I would have bought them if I could buy them without the drivers :-)
-
What a fantastic deal! Good decision to upgrade to the Oris - they are tough to beat.

I'm not sure whether the element design eq.2 would serve your purpose - if so, let me know and we can hopefully work something out.
Thanks

Not sure I'm ready to let go just yet as it is easily one of my favorite piece of equipment. But let me know if you are interested. I was thinking about $400+shipping? Let me know if my price is out of wack!

bump - (have had some interest - but unfortunately I will not be able to ship these).

Flinstone,
Its in near perfect condition (I can't really think of any imperfections). I will try to upload pictures soon. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to ship it.
Thanks,
Dhar

I've moved to a smaller place and cannot accommodate a screen this size. Id like $575 for it - may consider trades (just let me know what you got).

Scappydue - wish I could help you out, but I hate packing and shipping :-( , Maybe another forum member can help you out? BTW - I'll check to model once again - but I believe these are KP-250 Series II
-
I have three Professional Heresys that can be used as left, center, and right channel - need these to move quick $475 for the three.

Happy ending indeed. These went to a fellow forum member for $850. Thanks all and sincere apologies once again. CECCA, Your understanding was accurate - apologize for my behavior. I love this forum and hope my actions do not discourage fellow forum members from dealing with me indefinitely. Thanks
-
Again All - Sincere apologies for the confusion. Had I received a bid at $750, I would have been forced to sell them at that price. But really, with 19 ebayers watching,I thought they would go far above that. Honestly, I consider myself lucky because no one bid at that price. I'm not trying to rob any forum member here. In regards to my price for total strangers, I had these listed at $1000 on Audiogon and $1000 as a e-pay BIN price. For fellow forum members, these were priced at $850. Is $850 not a fair price (and that too with original and DeanG crossovers?)
-
All, I do apologize for the confusion. I listed the e-pay listing here in hopes of raising interest. Although I had started the listing at $750, I was really hoping the final bid price would end up far more than that. I am really glad that they did not sell for $750 (plus I was going to lose e-pay and paypal fees on top of that). Those of you who are familiar with the speakers know that, even at $850, its a screaming deal! Its just not worth it for me to sell it any less than that. "Whatever" - I sincerely do apologize for confusion. I've done deals here with many fellow forum members and have always had positive feedback. I have perfect feedback on Audiogon as well as E-pay. Sorry all. I have a pending sale, maybe if it does not follow through, I may consider reducing the price. Thanks,
D

Hi All,
I was shocked to see these did not sell. Had 19 watchers - no bidder :-0. I've owned 6 pairs of Cornwalls, these are by far the most beautiful and best sounding. I've sold birch Cornwall II for $750 with stock crossovers (hence the reason why I was shocked they did not sell). I guess I'll try listing them again - but I don't think I am ready to let go for anything less than $850 cash for these. Whatever55 - I did try to respond to your message.
Thanks,
Dhar

On E-Pay - ENDING TODAY!!!! - Someone is going to get a killer deal - remember, the DeanG crossovers are like $500. Thats like getting the most beautiful pair of walnut cornwalls for $250!!!!!!!!!!

bump.
-
neo33 - sorry, I don't think I want to go through to hassle of packing and shipping :-(
-
Really - no interest? Off to e-pay/audiogon?
-
Alright people. Here are some pics. Again, when it comes to the Cornwalls, these pics don't do justice. These need to move to a fellow forum member - I really do not wish to go the e-Pay/Audiogon route.
-
bump! (Hate to list these on e-Pay or audiogon)

This is exactly what I was hoping for , I need them gone so I don't consider them - I am happy that they are staying local. The fact that you still rank them as one of your favorite speakers certainly means a lot - considering you have auditioned (if not owned) some of the most expensive speakers than anyone else on the forum. DO IT JOE DO IT!
PS - just listed a 2-way Marchand XM-9 on the garage sale forum - your timing is perfect :-)
