Tried different inputs, different leads, problem all appears to be linked to the volume control mechanism. This many people with the same fault, clearly a design flaw. Mine are playing properly at the moment, they sound great. I hope they keep playing properly for a while, I'll just try not to adjust the sound or turn them off - ever! Do not buy this product - you have been warned!
