I have the CT-125 tweeter so how do I make the crossover change?

Is that 2 for each or 1 on each + speaker terminal and as far as the 8uf cap and the 160uh inductor where should they be soldered in the crossovers and can I switch it back to the K-55 and will it work with these changes? Thanks

Will this work with the Heresy 1 crossovers and do I need the same resistors and do you have a simple drawing on the resistor placement on the crossovers. Thanks

I agree with that however I was very impressed with the the sound differance when I replaced the caps. on my Heresy's and was wondering about the improvement in tech. over the years if there is better . Sure I could spend alot more if I wanted but this is a hobby for me and something that has interested me when I was young and was not able to afford these things.

I have all the drivers ,I have noticed others with Altec and Jbl drivers and was wondering if there is a better sound.

Is there a upgrade for the K-55 without a crossover change in the Heresy 1's?

I also have always used Watco for my speakers cabs .

Orange county Speaker will put a new dust cap on for $20. 714-554-8520 or go on line and the order form is there with instructions on the shipping of the woofer or they have new dust covers you can buy and do it .

Check your back board it may have come unglued in the corner. I had that happen to one of my KG4's and it sounded likr a rattle.

I was looking for a set of crossovers on my La scala build project and came across some on ebay TH-SR-2 anyone know anything about these ?

Wow! just got them in what a differance ,my Heresy 11's used to sound better",used to" ! Was not sure about the install because didn't know if there was a + or - on the caps. Thanks for all the info guys.

How do you know if these caps are in need of replacement or do they all after time need to be replaced?

They have the K-55's K-700 horn and K-77 tweeters.

Is there any Heresy 1 crossover upgrades ?

I have a extra set of K-55's with the K-700 horn and just assumed they are a better driver?

Will a K-55 work in place of the K-53 on the Heresy 11's without crossover changes? I know the K-55 is screw on and not bolt so I have the K-700 horn to replace the plastic bolt on in the Heresy 11's

Anyone know if a K-22-R woofer will work in Heresy's with type E crossovers?
