slightly off subject, but i have a used pair given to me by a friend minus a power supply. so if anyone out there is ready to throw theirs in the trash, i'd be happy to buy your power supply off you. and then, maybe after encountering the same problem, i may join you all in heated criticism. thanks outterside@iinet.com.au
