im thinking about building a setup in my bedroom with a C-1 center and two quintet 3 sats for fronts, combined with my 12in sub....
my question is how will the quintet 3 sats hold up as fronts????
any advise greatly appreciated!!!

i got a pair of vf-35s but i see the F-3s are on sale....which are better??
would the vf-35s make good rears with the F3s as fronts???

actually, i have vf-35s for fronts, but i was thinking about getting some xf-48s or f3s and placing the vf35s for rears, will that sound good with my marantz??

i currently own a set of f-2, but im thinking about upgrading and putting my f-2 in rears......
which of the above three speakers are best???

i have a limited space for my av reciever, only 6 inches in the space, so less than that will do.....there are two so far that i have checked into, the marantz 1501 and the yamaha neo-hd-500.....
of the two im leaning more towards the marantz since they are the same maker as my denon 1508 and i love my denon, but i need a slim reciever.....
are there any other slim recievers that rival these two recievers????

how would i set up the xf-48's then? i dont understand how the speakers would play if not hooked up to the marantz...

but ive heard that if u hookup speakers with an internal amp, its better to use the rca's to hook them up to the reciever....
im also using a klipsch sub-12 in the amp pre-output....
so....my question is where do i hookup the rca's of the xf-48 into on the back of the marantz 1501????

these beauties are normally priced at ~$1200 each, but they are on sale for $399.....
does anyone have any knowledge of their performance? i currently have have a pair of the icon F-2 towers as u can see from my sig....
are these worth $800 upgrade for the pair, yet alone msrp $2400????
also, is it best to hook them up to an amp like a marantz 1501 im gonna buy, or let the built-in amp power them???

yeah, the yamaha is $100 cheaper, but im willing to stretch it for the marantz if the quality is much better......

i am upgrading from my denon 1508, and i need a slim av reciever under 6" tall.... which of these two is better for hd video and music, and basically overall....
any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

im in love with my friends sub-12, its the best sub i ever heard!!!!
its no longer offered at bestbuy anymore, but has been replaced by the sw-450 but its not 12" but rather a measly 10"....
since the sw-450 is newer by four years im going to assume it has better technology therefore the two extra inches arent needed???
anyone know which of these is better for tv/music/dvd?

i have the sub at about 45hz i think, but the volume full blast....
the reciever i dont know how to tweak the hz for the sub....

the sub is 300 RMS just like the klipsch sub12....but really has lack of bass....
